Guidelines for returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (like food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (like custom orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-day cooling-off period in the EU. Notwithstanding the above, if the products are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or Your credit card company will also process and post your refund.
