Guidelines for returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and IssuesPlease inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable ItemsCertain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 14-day cooling-off periodNotwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
RefundsWe will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to also process and post your refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund, please contact us at contact.aunema@gmail.com.
